Returns Policy

Once you have placed your order, we are unable to make any changes but we do have a flexible returns policy should you receive your order, and it’s not quite right for you!

Returns are accepted within 30 days from shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a return outside of the 30 day return period. 

  • Final sale items: no returns, store credits, or exchanges on final sale items.

  • Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags attached.

  • Shipping costs and custom duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Customers are required to arrange return postage for the returned item(s) at their own expense via their preferred shipping provider. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. As we are a small team please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item.

Lost or Missing Returns

Lost or missing returns are not the responsibility of the Sisters of India. We strongly advise to use a trackable return shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to our warehouse safely.
